hi, my name is Janel and I am quite certain my 5 year old has VS.
He calls them raindrops and sees them all the time, all over. It seems to be worse in dimmed light or in the dark.
We've had all the Tests, MRI and next is an EEG.
VS seems to stump most doctors. If they have heard of it, very little advice is offered.
This is why I am here. I'm hoping to better understand what my son is going through. Needless to say, I'm sad and feel quite helpless.

Are there any ways you find relief? When is it the worst/ most bothersome?
He is learning to read... I'm curious if reading book or time on iPhones/computer make it worse?
Are there any wholistic methods that ease your symptoms?
I believe stress may exacerbate the VS.
Has anyone experienced less VS when stress subsides?

    I apologize for the rant.
If anyone can help shed some light I would be very thankful.
    His EEG is Monday.

    Thank you!
